Sarah is a highly experienced Executive and Leadership Coach. She has delivered executive coaching, leadership development, training programmes and learning and development consultancy for the private and public sector in the UK and internationally for the last 10 years. Sarah has a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Warwick, a BSc (Hons) University of Warwick and MSc (Hons) Imperial College London and is a certified Positive Psychologist. 

Sarah previously worked for GlaxoSmithKline for over 10 years where she first realised her flair for coaching and developing others, beginning her career as team manager of thirty chemical analysts, and progressing to roles that included designing international training workshops that reached over 20,000 delegates from more than 40 countries.

Sarah regularly undertakes Continuing Professional Development with the Association for Coaching, of which she is an Associate Member, including: Team Coaching, Coaching for Resilience, Emotional Intelligence for Leadership, Recovery and Wellness Coaching, Fostering Collaborative Leadership, Appreciative Inquiry and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. Sarah’s book Transforming Performance at Work: The Power of Positive Psychology will be published in Spring 2023 by Critical Publishing.
