“My coaching sessions have been fantastic with Carolyn, she has been a cool, calm and challenging confidant during my complicated exit from current role. Carolyn was a trusted ear from initial decision making through to finalising my exit, and her calm, methodical approach has helped me structure my thoughts through the process. I can’t recommend Carolyn enough for executive coaching”
