“I strongly recommend Monica as a career coach. Her most recent assignment for me was in guiding one of my finance managers through a difficult personal and professional transition. Her counselling and coaching skills allowed the individual to become more confident and outspoken, and also have a deeper understanding of the transition they were working through. I would not hesitate to use Monica again for any other career development and coaching work.”
