“I worked with Katy when I came to a career crossroads and felt ‘stuck’. I found her whole approach to be calm, assured and confident. Her questions were smart. She listened for the smallest clues which ‘leaked’ how I really felt or hinted at what I wasn’t saying (but needed to!) I especially liked how she was able to get me to ‘future imagine’. Or to think about the story I ultimately wanted to write for myself. Ultimately, her coaching ‘unstuck’ me and I am beginning to enjoy the career she helped me to create. I would be happy to work with Katy again and would wholeheartedly recommend her, based on my experience, which was outstanding.”

“Mark is a brilliant and inspiring coach and I am very thankful for his support in opening my mind to a different way of thinking. I have very much welcomed his sharp questions and attentive listening ear which have played a huge part in helping me to work through some significant leadership challenges, decisions and transitions. During each session I have experienced a number of ‘lightbulb’ or ‘shiver’ moments and Mark’s ability to astutely playback what he is hearing and noticing is very powerful. I am walking away with a new level of confidence and a much greater understanding of my purpose, values and sense of self. I am very grateful for the time that Mark has given me to explore the different paths and map out the next part of my journey.”
