He began his career in Local Government in London, before moving to the RSA Insurance Group. As an independent consultant and coach, David has worked in many different industry sectors and parts of the world.
Services:
"When I first met David I was impressed by his listening skills and then his insights, helping me to make sense of my issues. He built up my trust and confidence that is so valuable in a coach. David's style is a balance of challenge and support. He challenged my perceptions of myself, so I felt empowered to make changes. I can honestly say I learned a huge amount about myself and my motivation yet he didn't actually "tell" me anything. My career has really taken off with David's help, I am now enjoying myself doing what gives me fulfillment and accomplishing so much more with less effort. I would recommend David without hesitation for professionals either with specific issues or just a lack of career focus and direction"

Her aim is to enable individuals to manage their own development and future and perform to the best of their ability. Clients include: Warwick Business School, London School of Economics, London College of Communication, Centrica and the Helmholtz Association in Germany.
Services:
"In her coaching Emma blends the ideal qualities of professional, practical and friendly and I very much value her insightful perspectives. I really appreciate being able to bring a difficult management issue to each session and with Emma’s guidance work through the problem and potential actions, with many a useful handout to outline where and why conflicts might be occurring. When I was looking for coaching Emma was the only person I contacted who didn’t just want me to rely on her account of what she could offer – she immediately put me in touch with someone she was currently coaching so I could speak to them too. Over the years Emma has also drawn on her international network to offer valuable insights in other areas of my work. I recommend Emma without hesitation - and have already done so to colleagues!"

"Fiona hones in on key issues very quickly, and is brilliant at reflecting back what she has observed – for example, mentioning my energy level when discussing different jobs. I hadn’t realised this until Fiona reflected this back to me. Fiona has extremely polished communication skills. She has a way of expressing things that is likely to achieve the desired result. (In fact I think Fiona’s sentence about consolidating my skills helped to get me the job and it also gave me an understanding about how to field more awkward questions)”

Lewis is an experienced Executive and Career Coach and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.
He spent most of his 33 year career with BP progressing to become an Exploration and Appraisal Manager in the Exploration division. Throughout this period, he also actively pursued his other keen interest in developing people. Roles included leading BP’s geoscience recruitment in Europe, the early development of BP’s European graduates and more recently the global development and delivery of the company’s technical leadership programme.
In 2011, to develop his people facing skills more formally, Lewis started to train at the Institute of Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy in Hendon and qualified as psychotherapeutic counsellor in 2017.
Upon leaving BP in 2015 he set up his own private practice. Most recently he has worked as a coach and counsellor at several oil companies, at Eton College and several prestigious universities, (Imperial, Southampton, and the Helmholtz Institute in Germany). As well as seeing private clients at home, he also has experience as a therapist at a Counselling Centre in Ealing. Lewis also considers himself a very committed member of the C4C associates.
Lewis enjoys working with people facing big transitions in their lives - individually or collectively in teams. This might involve offering career advice and support to an individual at any point in their career, helping them to understand for themselves what best suits them, practically and emotionally - and how to achieve it. Alternatively, somebody in a large organisation on the cusp of management may require help to develop their own leadership voice, to ensure they retain their authenticity and play from their natural strengths.
Lewis’s blend of corporate and psychotherapeutic experience provides him with the skills and empathy to guide clients through these challenging periods.
"We brought Lewis into our organisation to help our employees at a difficult time. The staff he worked with were from very diverse international backgrounds and from all levels within the company. Nevertheless, he was able to flex his style and meet his clients and their needs just where they were at that moment. As a result his impact was very positive, particularly in view of the circumstances"

"Having worked with Linda as part of a recent leadership training programme at the University of Warwick, I feel much more self-aware following the coaching sessions. I'm really looking forward to putting more of what we discussed into practice, but the things I have already tried, such as 'giving the monkey back' have had a big impact on lowering my stress levels already! I feel much more able to approach difficult conversations and I'm much more equipped to deal with my self-doubt next time it rears its head! I would love to work with Linda again in the future and I would highly recommend her to others."

"Through Coaching4Careers, I was introduced to Mark Thompson. Not only was he very professional, he was also everything that I needed. Despite having had only one coaching session with him, it was of immense help. Before our session, he called me on the phone for a quick assessment, and based on it, he came extremely well-prepared to put me on the right track. He ensured I was well-equipped to prepare for upcoming interviews, and also gave me the confidence needed to succeed. The very next medical school interview I had was at University of Western Australia. I am pleased to say that I was amongst the first candidates to get an offer from them for entry in 2018. I wholeheartedly recommend the service, and am immensely grateful to Mark for all the help."
