Coaching Skills Foundation

Experiential Learning Courses

Our experiential courses are designed so learning can be experienced, observed and practiced in as ‘real’ a situation as is possible. For participants to feel comfortable to fully take part and try something new and different, which often goes hand in hand with them taking a risk or feeling exposed it is critical that we create a space of safety and inclusion for everyone.

This space is created by being clear about our purpose and understanding that participants are not sure what to expect which can be challenging for them. We invite participation and for people to come on the journey with us. As a result of the trust we build, we are often sought out as confidants and coaches, during and after the courses.

Often an emotional learning route is more challenging than an intellectual learning route.
