COACHING SKILLS FOUNDATION TRAINING

 

COACHING4CAREERS has developed a modular training course on coaching skills, awarded the EQA, conferred by the EMCC.

The course includes the following:.

• Pre-course coaching session with the course tutor who is an Executive Coach
• Five x 2 hour modules to develop your coaching practice and “toolbox”
• Personal coaching / mentoring with an Executive Coach to review your practice and discuss your development – 5 sessions over the course of the training
• The opportunity to conduct coaching sessions with practice clients during the programme
• Additional support includes learning logs; coaching portfolio; reading lists and short webinars / videos
