Julie Morosco

Following a corporate career in HR at Board Level, Julie coaches from the perspective of building on her clients’ previous experience and expertise for future success.

Typically working with newly promoted leaders, she works through a tailored psychometric profile (Saville Assessment WAVE © Leadership Styles) to explore with clients the impact of their leadership style on their teams, developing tactics to raise team effectiveness. In addition, there is the option to incorporate a project plan approach to address the demands of the first 100 days in a new role.
