Mark, a retired Brigadier with 30 years of distinguished service in the British Army, brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role as a strategic advisor and coach. His tenure in high-pressure environments, coupled with his strategic acumen, shapes his approach to leadership development. As a former Commander and Institutional Leader within the Army, Mark honed his skills in team leadership, operational planning, and security, all while operating under tight deadlines and complex circumstances. Transitioning to civilian life, he has held senior advisory roles, facilitated workshops for diverse leadership groups, and coached individuals in various sectors (Atkins Réalis, Panasonic International and confidential clients), including healthcare during the Covid crisis.
