We’re delighted to announce that C4C has been shortlisted for Micro Business of the Year in the 2026 Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.

The recognition marks an important moment for the business and reflects the continued growth of our work across leadership development, coaching, people strategy and workplace culture.

Over the last number of years, we’ve had the opportunity to support organisations, leaders and teams across a wide range of sectors, helping businesses create stronger cultures, develop confident leaders and build more effective ways of working. From leadership programmes and coaching to organisational development, career support and people consultancy, our focus has always been on helping people and organisations thrive together.

Being shortlisted is something we are incredibly proud of, not only because of the recognition itself, but because of what it represents. At C4C, we strongly believe that investing in people is not a “nice to have”, it is fundamental to long-term organisational success.

We’re also proud to be part of the wider Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce network. Over the years, the Chamber has created valuable opportunities for collaboration, learning and connection, and we’re grateful to be part of such a supportive regional business community.

As a business built around people development, relationships and long-term impact, it’s particularly meaningful to be recognised amongst so many respected organisations from across the Thames Valley region.

We would like to thank our clients, associates, partners and wider community for their continued support. The work we do is always collaborative, and this recognition reflects the contribution of many people who have been part of the journey.

Congratulations as well to all of the other shortlisted businesses. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at the awards later this year.
